Accommodations
All attendees will have their own single room, fully covered. If you choose to bring a significant other, they are welcome to stay in your room; however, please note that they will not be able to attend any AMP Summit sessions or segments.

• Friday Night (Reception at Catbird):
  Kick off the weekend in style with cocktail attire for the welcome reception at Catbird. Think elegant, polished, and perfect for mingling with your peers.

• Saturday Night (Gala):
  For our formal Gala and Awards Ceremony, the dress code is black tie optional. This is your chance to bring out your finest evening wear and make the night extra special.

• Throughout the Weekend:
  During the daytime sessions, we encourage business casual attire to keep things professional yet comfortable. Injectors are welcome to wear scrubs.

Check-In
Upon arrival, check-in will take place in the hotel lobby, where you will be greeted by a member of the AMP team. You’ll receive a gift box and an information packet to help you get oriented for the weekend. Please note that room check-in will not be available until after 1:00 PM or later in the afternoon. In the meantime, the hotel provides accommodations for freshening up and relaxing.

Transportation Reimbursement
We will reimburse transportation costs between the airport and the Thompson Hotel, as well as your economy flight to dallas, tx. Be sure to save your receipts to submit for reimbursement.

Checkout
You will need to check out of your room early Sunday morning before the day’s sessions begin. Please bring your luggage to the general sessions area or conference floor, where we will have a secure luggage check available. Luggage tags will be provided to ensure your items are held safely.
